Seeking a motivated individual to manage all quality and safety responsibilities in our fast-paced job shop environment. This is a high-profile position that will have priority focus on developing policies & procedures for improved performance. Will have full control of the quality system maintenance with regard to ISO certification. Should have experience with PPAP, gage R&R, control plans, FMEA, capability studies and use of statistical tools, corrective action management - including root cause analysis, various inspection methods, reading prints - including GD&T. Must have good computer skills and excellent communication and project management skills for interacting with many different customers. Will also have responsibility for facilitating safety program – including employee safety committee, and assuring compliance with pertinent regulations and policies.
Lead-Person – CNC Machining
2nd SHIFT
Position involves supervisory responsibilities plus the setup/operation of various CNC equipment. Seeking individual with superior experience and knowledge of setup and operation of CNC lathes and machining centers (vertical & horizontal), and the ability to train others. Skills required include leadership, communication, organization, the ability to troubleshoot & solve problems, decision-making, and computer skills. Candidates must be dependable and responsible.
CNC SetuP Operator / OPERATOR
2nd & 3rd Shift
Seeking people experienced in the setup and operation of CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers. Ability to read prints and use various gages is also necessary. Positions may require some programming and/or program debug if qualified. Experience with Okuma OSP & Fanuc controls is beneficial, but not required. We will train capable candidates.
